Sortly Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Sortly handles information when you use the app. Sortly is designed for children and families and does not collect personal information from children or other users.
1. Information collection
Sortly does not collect personal information. The app does not ask for or collect names, email addresses, account details, contact information, precise location, photographs, recordings, or other information that identifies a user.

- No tracking or device identifiers

2. Data stored on your device
Sortly stores limited app preferences and gameplay progress locally so the app can remember settings and completed play.

- Current world
- Level completion and unlock state
- Best move counts and stars
3. Networking and data sharing
Sortly contains no application-level networking and does not send personal information, preferences, or gameplay progress to Damo Studio or a third-party service. Audio is played from files packaged with the app.
4. Device permissions
The release version of Sortly requests no privacy-sensitive device permissions. It does not request access to location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or other sensitive device data.
5. Libraries and plugins
Sortly uses Flame, shared_preferences, and audioplayers as local libraries and platform plugins. The audited app uses them for gameplay, local preferences, and packaged audio. No remote service integration was found for these libraries.
6. Backups, retention, and deletion
Local preferences and progress may be included in device or cloud backups managed by Android or iOS, depending on your operating-system and backup settings.
Local Sortly data can generally be removed by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app. Copies may remain in operating-system backups until those backups are deleted or expire under the platform provider’s rules.
7. Children and families
Sortly is intended for children and families, with no specific age restriction. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.
8. Security
Sortly limits its data handling to local app preferences and gameplay progress. No method of storage is completely secure, and the security of operating-system backups is managed by the relevant platform provider and the user’s device settings.
9. Changes to this policy
Damo Studio may update this Privacy Policy if Sortly’s features or data practices change. The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
10. Contact
